I keep losing weight since coming off cycle (2.5 months ago) so I am going to keep track of my weekly averages and adjust accordingly. Feel free to comment or make suggestions. Now I dont count everything I drink, mainly just food and protein shakes. I also dont know how many carbs are in my dextrose drink (80 grams) so they are not included.
Starting weight 193 on home scale naked in morning. ( so I remember how I weighed my self)
5'11 193lbs ( have a manual labor job)
