Chuy's is the bomb. Did you train about the same time today? I was there around 2 today. Dude, Lee was in the gym yesterday...I went over to SF afterwards and they had 2 big bottles of milk thistle on hold for him. HMM...wonder what he's taking that he needed so much milk thistle? haha
He called the owner the night before and told him he needed some right away! lol

how does a cheat meal help the cardio issue? do you mean you were too tired to get it to 120 or you were so conditioned that you had to like sprint to get it that high?

Yesterday I gave in while grocery shopping. Low sugar vanilla ice cream and triple chocolate chip cookie dough squares. Was it ever so good. Now I have 3/4 package of cookie dough and almost a full half-gallon of ice cream which will probably sit for another couple months.

    'Tis the season to grow!

Something about the 620/183 Gold's that I love. I don't care for some of the staff/trainers...but I stay outta their way, they stay outta mine. (long story)
I think it's the fact that the meat-head to seasonal workout people is much higher. You can almost smell the testosterone in the air.

Yeah, everyone there was sad to see the GM transfer to the new Round Rock gym. My "run-in" occured out of the gym, alcohol was involved.

that sucks i hate it when that happens. i usually give up after 10 mins if i cant get the HR high enough. I'll have to try a cheat meal next time it happens...see if it helps
