    Diet Reduction

    I have a minor injury and cant work my upper body for about 2 weeks. Should I reduce of protien intake?

    NO!!! Absolutely not. Drop the carb intake. If you have an injury, you especially need amino acids to rebuild/repair. I'd also double-time on the vitamin c.

    Just curious...what kind of injury?

    strained deltoid....painful as f### first week could barley move arm.i have PT for 2 weeks twice a week.....So how much should I drop my carb intake? and keep my protein at like 300-350?

    yeah bro keep the protein high maybe higher than before and up the good fats like natural almonds, natural pb, flax, etc. and as far as carbs go im not sure...depends on how active you are still gonna be...could range from 130-200 but once again not sure.
