    PWO meal for weight loss

Thanks for checking this thread everyone. I need a good PWO meal to follow my morning supersets w/cardio. I need to promote weight/fat loss. It's also my first meal of the day.
I was thinking something like this:
1 6oz Can of Albacore tuna, drained
    1 tblsp Olive oil
1 tblsp nonfat light miracle whip
    1 tsp mustard
    1 cup of chopped broccoli
    coffee

That's a good meal to follow cardio, however, by supersets I'm assuming you means weight training. That would not be good, also not eating before weights would not be good either.

The 15 minute pre-cardio is like this:

    Repeat 2 times:
20 hanging straight leg-lifts to the bar
    25 dips
20 wide pull-ups (alternating in front and behind the neck)
    25 ab-machine crunches at 50 kilos
    25 reverse dips
25 decline situps to each side

This is just enough for me to get a pump, and jumpstart my heart before I hit the cardio.

i would ditch all that stuff before the cardio. just bump the pace up a lil with the cardio, then drop down to maintain the right heart rate. i personally dont like to do anything that stimulates my muscles before cardio and empty stomach..also if its ur breakfast why dont u just eat eggs instead of tuna. my first meal for cutting usually looks like this. 6 egg whites, half cup (measured dry) oatmeal, and a 40g protein shake. i like carbs in the morning.
