    cardio after workout ----> PWO??

    Hi... just for today i didnt do my cardio in the A.M. so if i do my cardio after my weights workout should i take my Dextrose / Protein for PWO as usual?
    and my PPWO 1 hour later also as usual?

    Take your PWO after cardio and limit your cardio to 30min max.

    yes. Make sure you have a decent meal before you workout, cuz your body will need those nutrients because the extended workout.
