where do i get my cals?
My caloric intake as directed bye the bulking stick says i need 4100 cals, more then i thought i would need to bulk. Question being where should these cals come from??? i weigh 193 pounds, im gonna intake about 350 grams of protein, and about 300 grams of carbs, is taht about right?

lol to help out i eat 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter (220 cals 14g pro) about 4 times a day, is this an effective way to add, i mean i eat 7 meals a day plus PWO shake, so theres no reall room left for meals......

Try a 40/40/20 split. (40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats)

You can get the needed cals if you can get about 40g protein and 50g carbs per meal every 2 hours. However, I would try more pro/fat meals as you approach bedtime.
