Is it good to eat the same high protein meals all the time or should I change things around from time to time. I have no prob eating the same things all the time.
As long as it's a high quality protein (meat, eggs, Whey) and it fulfills your carb, fat, vitamin and mineral daily requirement there is no need to change. Only change if you are getting bored of the same thing. I eat nearly the same things every day, it might be boring but I know exactly whats in it and i know it works!!
