    Ok 1st diet wasn't "cutting" it..

    So I had a trainer friend at the gym write me up one but it looks a little off to me. I am looking to cut up. I weigh about 227 at 17 percent BF right now. This diet i will present is based on a High, moderate, and low day with the carbs and cals being cycled eac day. Please let me know what you all think.

    High day (twice a week)

    Meal 1
    1 cup of oats dry
    1.5 cups of OJ
    6 Egg Whites
    1 scoop whey
    1 bannana


    Meal 2
    6oz Tuna in water
    1.5 cups salad w/o dressing
    1 cup Brocolli

    Meal 3
    6oz Chicken Breast
    1tsps Flax or Olive oil
    3 cups salad

    Meal 4 PWO
    60 Gram Dex
    40 Gram whey

    Meal 5
    12 oz sweet potato
    10 oz Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Brown rice

    Meal 6
    1 cup skim Milk
    2 scoops Whey
    4 oz cottage cheese

    Macros- Pro-343Grams Carb-350 Fat-45

    Moderate day (Twice a week)

    Meal 1
    8 Egg Whites
    6 Strawberries
    1 Scoop Whey
    1 Cup oats

    Meal 2
    3 Cups salad w/o dressing
    1 Cup Asarugus cooked
    6z Chicken Breast

    Meal 3
    1 Cup Broccoli
    8oz Chicken Breast
    3 Cups salad No dressing

    Meal 4 PWO
    60 Grams Dex
    45 grams Whey

    Meal 5
    4oz sweet potato
    1 Cup Brown rice
    8 oz Chicken

    Meal 6
    1 Cup skim Milk
    6 oz cottage chesse

    Macros- Pro-325 Carb-280 Fat-50

    Low day (Three days) Cardio 1 hr a day

    Meal 1
    1/2 cup oats
    8 Egg Whites
    1.5 Scoops Whey
    Piece of fruit i.e Grapefruit, Bannana, apple

    Meal 2
    1.5 Cups salad
    1 cup Brocolli
    7oz turkey

    Meal 3
    6oz Chicken Breast
    3 cups salad
    1tsp flax

    Meal 4 PWO
    60 Grams dex
    45 grams Whey

    Meal 5
    4 Oz sweet potato
    10 oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup Brown Rice

    Meal 6
    1 cup skimmilk
    2 Scoops Whey
    4 Oz cottage cheese

    Macros Pro-339 Carb- 200 Fat-36 Grams

    Please Critique these Menus. At first glance they looked a little off to me but I would like the vets and other members opinions because I need to get rolling.

    BTW am taking 2iu's Jinitropin5/2

    and starting the second kit 500 mgs of EQ for 12-14 weeks

    Anavar 40 mgs a day 1-8

    and throwing in winnie at the end somewhere.

    looks good to me, i dont see how some of those numbers work out that way, but looks good enough. make sure u do cardio atleast 4-5 times a week..

    Yea I am going to do it about 5x's a week. He did it on one of those programs at the gym and I am copying then number from that. Thanks for the info

    Try it out and see. I think you are deficient in fats though.

    Ditto, I'd add some more fats in there somewhere. Other than that, looks good. I don't really no much about carb cycling as I don't see it being needed.

    Me either, I don't cycle carbs, but some think it's really beneficial for some reason.

    I think the whole reason he thinks it is benificial is because when he creates his deficit he wants to keep the body out of starvation mode. He was explaining it keeps the metabolism up and burning without the body slowing it down naturally when less macros are consumed.

    But that is just how he explained it.

    Definitely throw in some more fats Frankie, as others have stated. At least throw in another Tbls. of flax throughout the day.

    Just dont get to strict too quick. I see too many people go for the gold right off the rip. Ease into it, dont be afraid to make some exchanges here and there. Just like you did on the low carb meal #1, always have options. Dont think you have to eat 6 strawberries every morning on the moderate carb day, give youself some leeway.

    That's what the person who wrote this was saying. Maybe I understood him wrong but I believe thats hwo he explained it.
