Cardio 2X a day
I know most say cardio 2wice a day is not necessary unless cutting for a show, but I wanted to experiment with it only on weekends. Yesterday I did it, and had a pro/fat meal after the first cardio session. By the time I finished my second cardio session at 5pm, I was craving carbs. I am sure my glycogen stores were depleted to the max then. My question is, if I were to do this, should I eat carbs after the first cardio session, and then a pro/fat after the second session 4 hours later? (Gym has weird hours this weekend, that is why they are so close together)

i would highly recommend you not do two-a-days unless you are dieting for show or are using gear to preserve your muscle mass...it is almost inevitable that you will lose muscle while doing two a days...take it from someone that does them for contest prep.
