    post workout meals

Is the post workout meal the most important? what are some good post workout meals to replenish what you lost whilst working out? Also, is it better to eat more smaller meals a day than 3 larger ones?

I'd say its an even split between you Post workout and Pre workout meals. They are both very important.

It is much better to eat 6 meals opposed to 3 when cutting or bulking.

totally agreed, as for post workout meals .. lean protein and something relatively high in GI carbs such as brown rice. you need to replace those carbs you burned, plus it'll help deliver that protein quicker. it really depends on your goals... I'm cutting right now just a sample meal that I use for post work out (after shake)

    Chicken Breast
    3/4 Cup Brown Rice
    1.5 Cups Cooked Broccoli

    hope that helps

yeah i should probably cut it down to a 1/2 cup, but I'm starving after a workout and 3/4 seems to fill that void... i need better discipline
