Olive Oil is great, however its primarily Omega-6 FA's, so make sure you keep fish and flax in there as well.

Yes, olive oil is a "good" fat unlike butter or margerine. Flaxseed and fish oil are both excellent for the omega fats, the benefical fat.

around 85% of olive oil is mono unsaturated fats, 10% is saturated and the rest is omega 6.

But a fat like olive should still be the bulk of your fat consumption. You dont need that much EFA's. Better to get most of the fat kcal from olive and only use EFA rich fats as a supplement.

Udo's Oil is the best. It's a synergistic blend that provides a comprehensive 3-6-9 oil benefit in the proper ratios.

avacado's rule. I can mix them into all my pro/fat meals. They go with eggs, chicken, tuna and everything else.

You should still get a little saturated fat in your diet. I switch up everyday between Udo's, Fish Oil caps, Flax oil, Olive oil. ad peanut butter.

and I eat some cheese here and there

Omega fats go somuch further then just adding to a great bodybuilding diet. There have been so many test on omega 3 6 9 that show so many different benefits. It aids in depression, making you smarter, fat loss.........the list goes on.

I usually use natty pb and olive oil as the fats in my diet. I just bought some fish oil caps though (1000mg/cap) adn was wondering how much to take. Also, does it matter if I combine these fats or should I focus on seperating them?

take 15-20 grams or so. It doesnt matter if you combine omega 3 with other kinds of fat so just take 5 caps or so to 3 of your meals
