Diet for the those that have jobs
I am curious as to what I could do for a bulking diet. I have to travel to different towns each day for work and it is impossible to have 5-6 meals throughout the day. I am usually to far from home to go home for lunch. The only meals I know are healthy are breakfast, dinner#1 at about 6pm and dinner #2 at roughly 9pm. What should I do to get the proper nutrition I need for my goals.

im sure almost everyone on here has a full time job. try 12-16 hour shift...rotating b/w days and midnights every two weeks. if you want it bad enough, you'll work out a way to get your meals in. a good way is to pack a cooler and take all your meals with you to work or to the airport, on the plane, etc. do you have access to a microwave at work? if not, get used to eating your sh*t cold! lol

Man calm down. What xtina said its how bad you want it. The other day before I went to a 6hr long concert I packed my next 3 meals in baggies and set my alarm in my phone for every 2 hours. Tuna with mayo, brought a fork. 10 slices ham..and had my chicken in the car when I got back just in time.

i work 12-16 hours at a time depending on what roation im on (days or nights). anyway im not a fan of protein bars, personally. but they're good for emergencies. i like the tri-o-plex ones...they are more like "real food" and they taste good too. some tend to have quite a bit of fat tho.
chest6 had some good meal ideas a few posts up. you should stick with real food as much as possible...with a few shakes here and there.

I'm sitting at my desk on ym first break right now obviously surfing the board and eating meal #2....
Suck it up, pack a cooler and get it done....
Like said above, if you want it bad enough you will find a way to make it work. We all thought the same way when we first started (at least i did) and now it is second nature..i don't leave the house without my cooler plain and simple.

so are you just taking like chicken breasts, sandwiches, etc.? What about rice or potatos or any carbs like that? I actually just went and bought a cooler a few minutes ago, so now i just need to figure out what to take.

Listen, what meals do you have scheduled during work hours? Pack what you need thats all, nothing more nothing less.
I personally have my first meal on the way to work and i pack my next 3 meals in my cooler which is 9hrs worth of macros. I then have my PWO premixed in a zip lock bag and it is in my gym bag with my clothes...
Make an attack plan and follow through bro, don't sweat it...just make it happen..if it was easy everyone would be in shape. I know you can do it and you know you can too..stay focused and you will reach any goal you desire and i wish you all the best bro.

quit bitching and prepare your food ahead of time and pack a cooler. Nothing about bodybuilding is convenient, NOTHING.
