minimum cals for weightloss & muscle retention

For someone who wants to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks. What is the minimum number of calories so that you don't have a crazy rebound at the end of it?
    I will be doing

30-40 mins cardio AM on almost empty
    30 mins weights PM

    Any suggestions?

That cannot be answered by anyone here, thats something you need to figure out, from experimenting as well as designing a diet according to your stats.

I mean w/ a water drop 10 lbs in 3 wks is cake, but if it's not for an event or a weigh in or something its not the healthiest or best way to do it, especially on an initial diet

10lbs in 3 weeks isnt that impossible. They say you can drop a kilo a week which is 2.2 lbs so I am just trying to push myself a little harder with some extra cardio. I am 5"8 160lbs, 13% estimate...want to get down into the single digits.

I know 10 lbs in 3 weeks is possible without a rebound though I was just lookin for additional input

Possible but you're gonna lose some mass as well I would think.
