my diet what do you think!
meal #1 9:30 whey shake 40gm with milk
meal #2 10:00 1/2 cup old fashion oats 4 egg whites
meal #3 12:30 2 chicken breasts or 12 oz steak 1/2cup white or brown rice ( new york cut)
meal #4 3:30 whey shake 40 gm with milk
meal #5 6:00 1 chicken breast or steak again 1/2white or brown rice, 5gm creatine
work out 1 hour 30 min .......
meal #6 8:00 post work out 60gm whey protien left overs from meal #5 (1/2 chicken breast or 1/2 steak) ......... i'm 6'2 200pounds , 15% gf, want to loose 7 pounds bf, and of course gain some musle!.. what do you think.?
