    Wink my diet what do you think!

    meal #1 9:30 whey shake 40gm with milk
    meal #2 10:00 1/2 cup old fashion oats 4 egg whites
    meal #3 12:30 2 chicken breasts or 12 oz steak 1/2cup white or brown rice ( new york cut)
    meal #4 3:30 whey shake 40 gm with milk
    meal #5 6:00 1 chicken breast or steak again 1/2white or brown rice, 5gm creatine
    work out 1 hour 30 min .......
    meal #6 8:00 post work out 60gm whey protien left overs from meal #5 (1/2 chicken breast or 1/2 steak) ......... i'm 6'2 200pounds , 15% gf, want to loose 7 pounds bf, and of course gain some musle!.. what do you think.?

    Could do with a lot of work. Split your meals with 2-3 hours. I would cut the milk out too. Read the cutting sticky.

    i'd suggest 100g carbs pwo (with your whey)...dextrose, oats, milk, whole wheat pasta...etc

    ok, blend of 40gm whey and 40gm of oats? will do?

    it should be a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein...so 40g whey w/80g carbs

    No...I'm assuming you want to maintain your LBM while losing fat...right? You need ample carbs PWO in order to prevent catabolism. It may just be another obsessive detail but it has worked for me. Try for yourself.

    Have you read this? I suggest you do...
    UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...
    It's not gospel but it's somewhere to start.

    Yup read the cutting sticky. I had to cut out steak. Cut out the milk. Cut carbs from meal#3
