The Bmr Formula
If you lift are you considered extra active on that formula? or very active.
Espeically if your job isnt physical. Also for extra active carvs it said like 4,000 thats insane. but for very active it said 400

I dunno wut ur talking about but I hope this helps
Activity factor
Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extr. Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or
2 X day training, marathon, football camp,

ok are you asking for calories or carbs? i have found this to be the most accurate formula for me:
http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html
It lets you specify how many hours you spend at rest, light activity, moderate, hard, etc. so it is a bit more specific. I agree w/steve0 though that some of those formulas are too broad and can be off. But they are a good starting point until you can understand what your body reacts to and needs.
