I am skinny but I have some hidden fat. Gross! I know. ( The only work out that I really do is walk my dog, dont laugh!)

Anywayz any advices is welcome. Like What to eat? What's the best exercise? Etc.
Here's what I normally eat: (I eat about 1200 calorie diet per day, no sodas and drink about 8 glasses or max of H20)
*Breakfast*
1 cup of cheerios
1/2 cup of 2 percent Milk
1 banana
or
Just plain quaker oatmeal ( ½ cup )
orange juice
¼ cup dried fruit
or
1 wheat toast bread
2 eggs ( scramble, no msg)
orange juice
or
Egg Muffin Sandwich
Bacon
1/2 C Fruit Cup
*Lunch*
Just plain salad ( no cheese, no croutons) and some fat free ranch or ceasar
Turkey sandwich ( 2 Slice wheat Bread,2 Oz Turkey,2 Slice Bacon,1 Tbsp Light MayoLettuce, Tomato)
H20
or
½ cup brown rice
½ cup broiled vegetables
H20
or
Stuffed Baked Potato
With Broccoli And Cheese Sauce
1/2 C Fat-Free Milk
H20
*Dinner*
2-3 ounces cooked lean meat, poultry or fish
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup cooked vegetables
H20
*Snacks*
Raw Veggies
or
Lowfat yogurt
or
Fruits
or
small brownie ( 2 inch)
so any suggestions? Advice ? help?
