I need your advice....
I want to get tone and lean. Especially around my abs, arms and thigh. I am 5'2 and weigh about 110. (BMI is 20.2)
I am skinny but I have some hidden fat. Gross! I know. ( The only work out that I really do is walk my dog, dont laugh!)
My main goal is basically to tone and lean my physique. ( get some little muscle out there , Lol)
Anywayz any advices is welcome. Like What to eat? What's the best exercise? Etc.
Here's what I normally eat: (I eat about 1200 calorie diet per day, no sodas and drink about 8 glasses or max of H20)
*Breakfast*
1 cup of cheerios
1/2 cup of 2 percent Milk
1 banana
or
Just plain quaker oatmeal ( ½ cup )
orange juice
¼ cup dried fruit
or
1 wheat toast bread
2 eggs ( scramble, no msg)
orange juice
or
Egg Muffin Sandwich
Bacon
1/2 C Fruit Cup
*Lunch*
Just plain salad ( no cheese, no croutons) and some fat free ranch or ceasar
Turkey sandwich ( 2 Slice wheat Bread,2 Oz Turkey,2 Slice Bacon,1 Tbsp Light MayoLettuce, Tomato)
H20
or
½ cup brown rice
½ cup broiled vegetables
H20
or
Stuffed Baked Potato
With Broccoli And Cheese Sauce
1/2 C Fat-Free Milk
H20
*Dinner*
2-3 ounces cooked lean meat, poultry or fish
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup cooked vegetables
H20
*Snacks*
Raw Veggies
or
Lowfat yogurt
or
Fruits
or
small brownie ( 2 inch)

UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...
start with that. re-vamp your diet based on the suggestions in that thread. it has helped me tremendously. then re-post your diet and you will get suggestions to fine tune it. your calorie level seems low, but if you aren't currently working out I would say its fine.
after you get your diet straight, I would definitely visit the workout questions forum and develop a weight lifting routine. You aren't going to get 'too big' or anything like that (unless you use anabolics) so dont be afraid to lift moderately heavy. If you build more muscle, you will burn more calories.
last and surley not least...cardio. start with 4 days a week for 30-40mins in the morning on an empty stomach, and work your way up as time goes on.

you dont have long to go at all. diet, cardio, ab exercises and you'll be there in no time!

I just calcute my Body FAt Percentage and here's my result:
based on height and weight
My "Ponderal Index" is 12.94 which gives an estimated body fat of 14.8% (16.2 pounds of fat)
based on waist size and weight
Estimated body fat of 4.2% ( 4.6 pounds of fat)
Looking from these chart
I am on average... but my main goal is get Lean...
