Cals, Cals, Cals!!!
I cant seem to get enough cals into my diet, i mean im looking to get 4500, and im only at 3(and thats tough to get to. I meam how many cals r in a can of tuna and some mayo, 8oz grilled chicken , Fish fillets, im trying to keep my diet clean but its impossible to get the cals, ill post my diet n tell me how to add more?

i foud out tht carb smart peanut butter has 190 cals in one serving instead of 110 in regular oeanut butter, so i switched over to that, and i take in about 5 servigs throughtout the day(2 tbl spoons) to throw in some mor cals, but its har to keep it clean n get the cals up

Lean red meats are your best source for calories. Substitute a tuna or chicken meal (or maybe 2) with red meats to increase your total cals.

mea 1 is 500 cals so thats in check
meal 2 can of tuna n some mayo, thats like 300
meal 3 grilled chicken, n some ranch, thats like 300
meal 4- tuna sandwich, thats like 500(at the most)
meal 5 is my PWO SHAKE, thats like 300
meal 6 is a 5 eggsalad sandwhich, thats like 600
and meal 7 is fish,chk,or steak, so thats like 200
add in the peanut butter thats another 900, WTF im like 1000 short still

alot of times for meal 3 ill have 2 hamburger patties with cheese, u know about how many cals r in 10 oz of ground chopmeat?

im honestly debating stopping at mcdonalds every day for 2 99 cent doubel cheeseburgers, F IT right there problem solved, my extra 1,000 cals, and they taste amazing

Where's your vegetables??? 1 cup of broccoli with each meal will add 50 calories. Drop meal 3's ranch (fats) and add a carb source. Or, you can keep meal 3 the same and add EFA's or olive oil.

i have 70 in my breakfast, 40 in meal 4, 100 in pwo, and 40 in meal 6 (and ow i have about 70 more in my everyday serving of mccy D's

up your carbs a bit you notice more kcals by just adding an extra 1/2 cup or a couple slices of bread and so on. Also 1 tablespoon of olive oil has I beleive off hand around 120 kcals so use your oils to your advantage. You could also squeeze an extra meal in there if you wanted too as well

Simplest ways to add cals... is to increase your carbs in meal #4 and #6 to 80carbs (360 clean Kcals added just there) and up your EFA's in meal #7 (120 Kcals) then add a shake with Flax Right before you go to sleepy... thats another 320 Kals with 14gm Flax and 50gms protein... Thats 800 Kcals extra, then just work on getting some more carbs in there...
