    Question Help with a diet!!

    Ok, so here is my deal. I have about 20lbs of fat to cut, i'd like to do it by the beggening of March. However, I want to retain the muscle I have because i have worked incredibly hard to get it. Is there a way I can have my cake and eat it too? If you know a diet or have any sugestions that will allow me to cut fat, put retain or even put on muscle, let me know. Any sugestions are welcome.
    Qhuick Note, I am doing cardio and caloric management now, in regards to the diet I am allergic to all nuts/peanut butter, also I am 20 years old, if thats important.

    check the cutting sticky no one will build a diet for you here, and as for nut problem there are many other sources of fat to use

    When you start cutting you will lose weight, but you will retain your muscle if you workout and diet right. Like they said above, takes too much time to sit here and write a diet out. If you do a search, you will find plenty on here to choose from. Good luck.
