if i just wanted to bulk up and not do any cardio to put on as much mass as i can what do you guys recommend to eat alot of? just protein or mix it up with junk/fat?

Ermm..............food. lol. Things like tuna, chicken, ground beef, brown rice, porridge oats (in a shake is what i do)
