    post wkt intake

in one of the bodybuilding ´s webs , I read an interesting article about pre, and post wkt supplementation..in the post wkt a nutritionist suggests to ingest 40 grams of whey + 40 grams of dextrose +1 banana+1/2 cup of oats..wouldn´t the oats slow down the digestion of the dextrose and the protein since it is high in fiber , and we know well that the fiber creates this type of slow digestion?
