    First Diet Layout

    This will be my first time posting my diet, so be nice cause I know I will forget something.
    Meal 1. 1/2 cup -1 cup dry oats, 4 hardboiled eggs, 30-40grams whey

    Meal 2. Chicken breast,2 tbspn nattypb, or almonds,whey shake 25grams

    Meal 3. 2 Chicken breast,with either oatmeal, basmati rice, or brown rice
    Workout
    Meal 4..PWO-100 grams dex-50 whey

    Meal 5 Pwo 120z steamed chicken, brown rice

    Meal 6. Lean cut steak, Natty PB,or almonds,flax,cod liver

    Meal 7. 3 cans tuna, 4 slices of turkey, cod liver oil

    Meal 8. Cassein shake 50grams, 1table spoon of flax
    2 gallons of water throughout day
    SUPPLEMENTS INCLUDE: Multi Vit, Vit C, R-ala, Alcar,
    Glucorell is taken with all meals except after workouts and bed..
    This is usually what I eat day in and day out for the time being, It is plain and simple and never really get sick off it. But I am always looking for advice in tweaking my diet, so all opinions are greatly appreciated..
