    First Diet Layout

    This will be my first time posting my diet, so be nice cause I know I will forget something.
    Meal 1. 1/2 cup -1 cup dry oats, 4 hardboiled eggs, 30-40grams whey

    Meal 2. Chicken breast,2 tbspn nattypb, or almonds,whey shake 25grams

    Meal 3. 2 Chicken breast,with either oatmeal, basmati rice, or brown rice
    Workout
    Meal 4..PWO-100 grams dex-50 whey

    Meal 5 Pwo 120z steamed chicken, brown rice

    Meal 6. Lean cut steak, Natty PB,or almonds,flax,cod liver

    Meal 7. 3 cans tuna, 4 slices of turkey, cod liver oil

    Meal 8. Cassein shake 50grams, 1table spoon of flax
    2 gallons of water throughout day
    SUPPLEMENTS INCLUDE: Multi Vit, Vit C, R-ala, Alcar,
    Glucorell is taken with all meals except after workouts and bed..
    This is usually what I eat day in and day out for the time being, It is plain and simple and never really get sick off it. But I am always looking for advice in tweaking my diet, so all opinions are greatly appreciated..

    That's alot of Tuna. I believe there was a post on here about Mercury content in Tuna which might come into affect here.

    I'll agree about the tuna. Looks good besides that. Only other thing I see is meal #1 the hardbroiled eggs. I would make these eggwhites so you arent combining fats(egg yolks) and carbs(oats).

    Oh..and I got 580g protein from that, +/- judging from what size tuna cans you are using. How much do you weigh?

    Sorry forgot to mention, I take the yolk out, and the tuna cans are like 13 grams of protein. Is that still to much tuna? I am starting to eat fruit and greens on cheat days, cause I feel that is lacking in my diet, is that a bad idea? or should I just stick with my coldstone icecream? Thanx fellas

    13 grams are you sure its not 13 per serving and 2 servings per container. Those have got to be tiny cans if it is true.

    yup. I have one big can and it is like this

    serving size 2oz drained
    servings per container: 5

    protein says: 15g

    but you have to multiply 15x5=80

    u kno?

    Why is meal2 low carb ?

    How long between each meal?

    Why do you only have greens on cheat days there is no reason why you shouldnt have brocholli with your rice?

    Why do you like to use cod liver oil over the likes of flaxssed oil???

    The diet looks pritty tight to me and should shape ya up...GOOD LUCK

    Meal 2 is about 1 1/2 hrs after, and I see no need for carbs at this point in my routine, as I will be getting plently in my pre workout meal.
    I like to mix up cod and flax, but always take some flax before bed, but feel both are benieficial. I bagged the brocholli about a month ago, and your right, I should have some more greens in there, Its just a pain in the ass to weigh everything. Thanks, Oh and CHEST just curious where the the 5 came from, I usually am getting 3 cans of tuna a day. If it was 5 though, you think that would be 2 much mercury?
