How lean are these in general? Anyone got any info?
I have been looking around, but am not finding many exact stats.
I have the opportunity to get a whole bunch for free and am trying to see if I should or not.

if you can get steak for free and its not contaminated, i would take it..
Every steak is different, just look at it and see how marbelised it is to see how lean it is, thats the only real way to tell that i can think of.
