    Cool Chili for Bulking?

Is it ok to incorporate homade chili into a bulking diet? Its quick and easy to take to work as I work 12 hour shifts in a correctional facility. I make it with 3lbs of extra lean ground beef, mushrooms, celery, kidney beans and spagetti sauce? Is this clean or dirty for bulking? A good way to add calories to a bulking diet? Thanx!

the spaghetti sauce may have some sugar but nothing too bad...add some parsely leaves...and red/yellow/green peppers.

Sorry, I completely lack cooking skills... what else do you do to the chili after mixing it all together..

I'm gonna google search but just curious as to your procedure Rockhard. Sounds goooooood.

    Cool

Just brown the extra lean ground beef, add onions, celery and mushrooms.....add spices like chili powder, cayenne, celery salt, pepper, garlic powder and whatever else you like......add kidney beans when all is brown and then add you sauce.....let it simmer for 30min to and hour......its quick and easy.......fills you up....and other than the sauce is healthy!
