For someone who wants to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks. What is the minimum number of calories so that you don't have a crazy rebound at the end of it?
I will be doing
30-40 mins cardio AM on almost empty
30 mins weights PM
Any suggestions?

That cannot be answered by anyone here, thats something you need to figure out, from experimenting as well as designing a diet according to your stats.
What is this for? Or are you just trying to lose 10 lbs in 3 wks?
10lbs in 3 weeks?? high aspirations. what are your stats?

i agree...almost passed out for my last water cut...woops!
10lbs in 3 weeks isnt that impossible. They say you can drop a kilo a week which is 2.2 lbs so I am just trying to push myself a little harder with some extra cardio. I am 5"8 160lbs, 13% estimate...want to get down into the single digits.
I know 10 lbs in 3 weeks is possible without a rebound though I was just lookin for additional input :)
Possible but you're gonna lose some mass as well I would think.
