    Guacamole

First, is Guacamole OK to have? I've been adding it to my Steak and Veggies for a late night P/F meal and im addicted. But not sure if it's a good or bad source of fat!

Also, I've been on my gain lean mass diet for about 7 weeks now. Weights 3x a week, Cardio 3x, 1 cheat day. Kind of dissapointed that I am still at the same weight I was when I started. However I do see that I have shed some belly fat though.
    6'1", 26 yrs old at 179 lbs.

    currently on lifting days:
    3020 calories, 305 protien, 270 carbs, 71 fat

    currently on cardio days:
    2950 calories, 292 protien, 194 carbs, 97 fat

I guess I want to know if I am eating enough? if I should bump it up at all? or just stay the course?

if you are not gaining any mass then you should cut out one of the cardio days (or cut back on time) and/or increase your calories.

I eat about 4000 calories a day while bulking. 400 carbs, 300 protein, 130 fat. Very clean eating. No cardio. 4 day split.

Have went from 160 on Sept. 1st to aprox. 182 today.

I am an ectomorph and 21 years old, so keep that in mind. But I woud definately bump up the calories. 3000 just doesn't seem like enough.

Avacados are a great fat source.

I regularly eat them with my steak as well. Enjoy.
