Eat just the plain old oats, stay away from any of that packaged shit, its filled with sugar. Just buy the dry oats in bulk they're really cheap, I think up here you can get them for $0.19 per 100g, you could spend 5 bucks and have ALOT of oats.

If you are on a cutter, you need to stay away from the flavored oats. They are full of sugar. I stick with the Quaker old fashion oats and add splenda to it.

I use skim milk instead of water. You can also add cinnamon to give it a little better taste. Some use whey mixed in with it also.

Quaker makes low sugar flavored oats in almost every flavor. I usually have a pack of that for flavor and add more unflavored oats to it.

I like to mix my oats with water, whey and some sugar free jam (the best stuff!) into a paste substance and make pancakes out of them for the rest of the week. Saves on cook/prep time and I like eating my oats in a pancake form rather then regular oatmeal form.

i have become immune to the bland taste of oats but my breakfast is so bland (10 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal) that lately ive been eating some sugar free jam with it.
