    Question Grocery Store Questions..help please

Well, i have been reading these forums for quite a few months now, and well first let me say I have learned so much more than i even thought was possible with dieting. Anyway, I have read alot about bluking diets and what to eat ect, but what im having trouble now is what to buy at the grocery store to stock me up for a bulking diet. Ive read tons of chicken, flax seed oil, tuna, red meats, ect. The question is how much? And what are some other great things to get?

Oh yeah, protein shakes. Gotta love them, gotta make sure i stop by GNC on the way home

if you go to gnc make sure you know what youre looking for because the people they have working in those places now definitely DO NOT. all i would buy from that place is a shaker, get the rest on line. maybe a little whey to hold u over til your online order gets there.

you got the protein part down, there's tons of possibilities, but don't forget about carbs. brown rice, yams etc.

Green vegetables and carrots provide fiber and brown rice for carbs. Also, I drink about four cups of skim milk every day. It is cheap source of protein. Same with fat free yogurt. Some people say dairy cause water retention but I haven't noticed any. Basically, buy anything you like. Just make sure you check the amount of protien, fat, and carbs they contain.

I don't buy anything from GNC. Their products are pricey and not the greatest. You can buy all the supplements online. Just make sure you order them a week or so in advance because shipping takes time.

Some stuff you will buy in bulk but for the most part shop weekly and cook weekly..

make plenty of stuff in bulk so there is no thinking about what your gonna eat... but to do that it needs to keep fresh.. dont make stuff too big so that your eating it weeks later... I will state 3 days worth.. and use zip lock, tupperware and/or anything else to keep food fresh..

    good luck pal
