    Please make suggestions to my cutting diet!

    I have been reading the boards for a while, and have learned that at 5'9",20 years old and 175lbs, AAS is not gonna help me. I am gonna use a cutting diet to get down to my target BF%. I am new at making a cutting diet, so ANY suggestions would be helpful. I would like to get down 10% BF. I was told I was 13% BF, but from another post I had, other members think higher, very possible. Let me get your input.I am including pics to give you an idea of where I am in my progress (in terms of BF). I hope to also put on lean muscle. I will be woking out 4 times a week, doing cardio twice a week for 30-45 minutes. I have cut about 25 lbs in the past 3-4 months, but I thik I can cut more, and I want o do it the right way. Everyone says "eat eat eat", but I dont know what they mean exactly...any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
    (Also, I need suggestions for my "cheat" day)

    Monday
    Meal #1 Oatmeal and Banana


    Meal #2 Nutrigrain Bar
    20 ounces of water

    Meal #3 Chicken Breast
    Salad (only lettuce)

    Meal #4 Protein Shake?


    Meal #5 lean steak (6 ounces)
    rice (1 cup)

    Tuesday
    Meal #1 Rasin Bran and (2 cups)
    (with skim milk)

    Meal #2 Banana and 1 cup of milk


    Meal #3 1 cup of pasta
    6 ounces of chicken or steak

    Meal #4 apple and cup of O.J.


    Meal #5 6 ounces of salmon or steak
    mixed veggies (1 cup)

    Wednesday
    Meal #1 oatmeal (1 cup)
    melon or other fruit (1 cup)

    Meal #2 Nutrigrain Bar
    1 cup of O.J.

    Meal #3 6 ounces of steak
    rice (1 cup)

    Meal #4 Protein shake?


    Meal #5 6 ounces of chicken or salmon
    baked potato (light butter substitute)


    Thursday

    Meal #1 Raisan Bran (2 cups)
    (with skim milk)

    Meal #2 apple and 20 oz. water


    Meal #3 1 cup pasta
    6 ounces chicken

    Meal #4 Banana and cup of O.J.


    Meal #5 6 ounces of steak
    1 cup of rice




    Friday
    Meal #1 Oatmeal and banana


    Meal #2 Nutrigrain Bar
    1 cup milk (skim)

    Meal #3 1 personal pizza
    2o oz. of water

    Meal #4 Protein shake?


    Meal #5 2 cup pasta

    Saturday (cheat day)

    ?????


    Sunday
    Meal #1 oatmeal (1 cup)
    melon or other fruit (1 cup)

    Meal #2 Nutrigrain Bar
    1 cup of O.J.

    Meal #3 6 ounces of steak
    rice (1 cup)

    Meal #4 Protein shake?


    Meal #5 6 ounces of chicken or salmon
    baked potato (light butter substitute)

    Good Lord! My 6 year old daughter eats more than that in a day. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. As I always say, "It's not how much you eat, but what". You also need to up the cardio from 2 days a week to at least 4 days, but if you don't start eating, you will probably fall out in the gym.

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=75729 ....read it but you only weight 175 so you should eat less than whats on there...but there is a lotta good advice in there.

    That diet needs some serious work. Serious lack of whole protein sources. Get rid of the Nutrigrain bars too, full of sugar.

    Read the cutting sticky. Very helpful indeed.

    Where is the protein and where are your fats?

    Like said above, read the cutting stickie over an over and make a sample diet form that and we can help you tweak it.
