    How much can yo body intake in protien in 1 sitting?

    Per sitting your body consumes 28-32grams of protein the rest generally becomes waste.

    Are you sure thats not off cycle your talking about because when you on your body can process a higher amount of protien per sitting i think closer to 50g but not 100% sure

    The amount absorbed doesn't change per sitting depending on how muscular a person. Yes he may need more protein per day so he has to have more sittings.

    Exactly. The more protein one can consume is relevant to a person's size/ and weight. A 300pnd bodybuilder can consume more protein at one sitting than a 200pnd bodybuilder.

    When I was 220 compared to now (275) the difference in protein absorption is vast. I feel that I can comfortably take in at least 100 grams a day more even more.

    I shoot for about 40 - 50 grams per serving. Eat every 2 - 3 hours. Dont forget the complex carbs and look for low fat options.

    I take 1 gram per body pound,so now im in 201 lbs so i take around 200g of prot/day.But i take 150 2 times a day,before and after W/O

    35-40 is my limit. My stomach doesn't like more than that. Especially protien shakes. But I've always had a sensitive stomach.

    PS I'm 190-200 lbs.

    Anything I take over 80g or so I seem to be at the toilet fairly soon.

    sometimes ill take in 60 in one sitting but i always go for atleast 40 grams.

    For me it just depends what my macros breakdown to.

    I am aiming for 400 Carbs, 300 protein, 130 fat.

    So, 300 g protein divided by 8 meals in a day = about 37 grams per meal.

    Any more and I've got gas that can clear a room all day......

    I took in 75g in one sitting the other day, I was so hyper after it was insane. I had one badass stomache ache as well, but who really cares.

    i take 2 and ahalf scoops about 5o grams in a shake 2 to 3 times a day just started about 2 weeks ago see what happens

    I take about 45 g 3 times a day, gets my stomache going sometimes but hey the way I see it is a little extra gas is worth makeing sure I am getting enuff protein.
