Carb Cycling
i just started doing carb cylcing i will be doing it for 12 weeks though id give it a try since i tried most other diet types here are my days
mon - 0 carbs
tues - high carb
wens - 0 carb
thurs - low carb
fri - 0 carb
sat - high carb
sun - low carb
protien will be above 300 grams for all days , days with no carb will probally higher though. fat will be very low ony some and thats usually my efa's my higher carb days correspond to my larger muscle work out days. I will be doing cardio 4 days a week 45 mins of incline walking at 65% target heart rate. Right now im at 213 with about 12-13 % BF. just wanted to see how that sounded if im doing it right since i have never tried this before.

You'll have to see how it works for you, I'm not a fan of cycling carbs myself.
Remember the keys will be the actual amounts, what carbs you use, when, why, how much, with what, etc.

Unsure about that carb cylce bro...
Where are you pulling that from? Or are you just deciding on your own to have so many 0 carb days? Check these to articles out....
Two different approaches to Carb Cycling:
One with 0 carb days:
http://www.avantlabs.com/main.php
One with slightly more carbs, but no zero days... just low:
http://www.*************/readTopic.do?id=811783
its a t nation article...just go there and search "carb cycling"
Hope this helps man. Just remember to put your high carb days on your "key" training days. Thats always a principle with carb cycling.

Well, if "they" whoever they is, gave you all of the tools then just try the approach for a good 1-2 months and see how it worked for you as an individual.
Worst case scenario is you could learn about your body and what works for you, what doesn't, etc.

Yeah, then if it didn't work too well for you, you can cross that off as a method you may possibly have used in the future again.

I usually have around 40-50 on nonworkout days and 100-130ish on workout days. Not true cycling but thats what it comes down too. I wouldnt really play with them besides that though.

That is not a very healthy way to eat friend... IMO..
That is very stressful on the body to eat that way... what are your goals by trying this way of eating...
I would suggest if it is for competition then there is some value to mixing this around in the last weeks of prep .. but if not There are many better things to do...

good luck
