    Diet after surgery...

So I am getting my Gyno surgically removed and The doctor said that I cant do anything for 14 days and from days 14-21 I can only run. What should my diet be like for those 21 days should I still eat 6-7 meals a day or 3-4 and should I just eat protein since I wont be lifting and burning the carbs or should I have high protein low carbs

Over the 21 days I would like to, loose fat and keep as much muscle as possible

Any info would be great thanks...

I'm not experienced with this, but you should probably try to get a nice balanced diet while recovering. I'm not so sure you should try to cut during surgery recovery, but maybe someone else knows for sure.

if you cant lift during those days I wouldnt do a cutting diet either. It just increases the risk of loosing muscle.

I'd still train legs, calves, back, arms, etc.

Recovery should be your sole concern.. Listen to your Doctor.. !!!

the 3 weeks are not going to throw you under the bus.. Keep a well balanced diet at your current BMR and just maintain your calories ..

I would suggest you still eat 6 small meals a day to not only keep your program going but this constant stream of nutrition will aid in recovery as well.

    good luck
