How to tell total calories and carbs on cutting diet? PLZ help...

Is the calorie needs calculator on the main page for a cutting diet or just to maintain? Bc im having some trouble finding how to calculate carbs, fats, and calories on a cutting diet, if anybody could point me in the right direction to a link i would greatly appreciate it!

    thanks

*edit* I have already read the sticky about 1000 times, it just doesnt really let people know a formula or how to tell how many calories and carbs to be eaten daily on a cutting diet ( i also am not an idiot and i know that it varies from person to person with weight ect)

you could find a BMR calculator that uses the Harris-Benedict equation(google it).

Keep protein as atleast 50% of kcal and toy with tweaking the ammount of fat and carbs. Make sure to get 10 grams of EFA's everyday. Dont eat fat and carbs in the same meal.

    Read the cutting sticky.

i already read it it just doesnt really explain the splitting carbs and fats very well, and how to know how much calories and carbs to intake daily, or a formula to use for calculating it

find a harris benedict equation BMR calculator and that will give you a good estimate of your basal metabolic rate.

When it comes to fat and carbs it something you need to toy around with yourself to se how your body responds. Some do better with low fat some with low carbs some with medium of them both.

    hope that helps.
