Dextrose before bed?

i dont usually work out at night but i was bored and overslept thismorning so i went. anyway i just got back and took my regular 3scoops dex/2 scoops whey. i was just thinking that maybe this much carbs before bed is bad, especially a high gi like dex. anyway, its too late now, but what should i do next time? thanks

I would try to get another pro/carb meal in there about an hour later then you can sleep no big deal.
