    quick cutting question

    when you are cutting up do you still need complex carbs in the morning and after working out right?

    I eat my carbs in the morning, before I workout, and after while cutting. Around 125-150g a day.

    Sounds about right. However some may find that Pre and Post is all they need and ditch the AM carbs. Comes down to how your energy levels are throughout the day.

    agreed with what they said, but this time i cut im goin to up the carbs a lil. before i did first meal carbs and pwo...but next time i cut ima have carbs breakfast, some carbs second meal, and pwo...and on my cheat day im goin to eat a cheat meal along with carbs throughout the day... last time i just felt empty and flat...im goin to experiment with this routine next time..
