    how can you stomach that stuff? the time i tried it, it was mint flavored. almost spewed it all over myself

    mint flavored?? yuk! no wonder! i usually get the parmasan or sun dried tomato flavored. yum!

    I hate rice to, its real hard to get dwon you especailly if your in a rush...I found that rice cakes are an excellent replacement..Or i somtimes take pre cooked porridge oats in a tupper ware container(excellent source of clean carbs)


    Cos cous ullkkkkkk i hate that stuff....ullllk make ye vomit!!!!!!!

    coscous is gross, rice at that bad and bro rice cakes are a high GI carb just to let u know bigphil

    I WOULDNT CALL THEM HIGH GI,,ID SAY MORE MEDIUM...THE REASON I SAY IS BECAUSE IM A DIABETIC AND I MONITOR MY BLOOD SUGAR AND I DONT SEEM TO GET ANY HIGH SPIKE IN BLOOD SUGAR AFTER SAY 5-6 RICE CAKES AT A TIME..YET MAY HIT OTHERS DIFFERENTLY
