Hey guys. Question. I am 5'9"150. My goal is 4,000 plus calories a day. I know pretty much all the foods to eat for protien and and healthy. But I am wondering how do I know how many carbs to eat a day and what are good carbs. Also I should be doing 20% of my diet in good fats from what I researched online. Is this correct? What are some examples of good fats? I am doing a 10 week cycle of deca 200 mg sust. 250 200 mg with a dbhol stack. Thanks guys
