Bulking Diet info Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey guys. Question. I am 5'9"150. My goal is 4,000 plus calories a day. I know pretty much all the foods to eat for protien and and healthy. But I am wondering how do I know how many carbs to eat a day and what are good carbs. Also I should be doing 20% of my diet in good fats from what I researched online. Is this correct? What are some examples of good fats? I am doing a 10 week cycle of deca 200 mg sust. 250 200 mg with a dbhol stack. Thanks guys

yeah check out the bulking sticking....whatever u do dont juice.. u will **** urself up...if u are somewhat serious about training u will stash the juice for now....

Agreed, gear at 150 lbs. is not something you really want to do.
Establish a good foundation/base for MANY years on end, understand good nutrition and how to change your body, then you can consider super supplements. As of now, they have no place in your plan of attack.
