    I love tuna now

I couldn't stand eating tuna in water. Now for my pro/fat meal I do tuna + miracle whip + some hot sauce (cholula) and LOTS of it....I can't get enough. If you need something new to try with tuna, give this a shot, I could eat it all day.

    Twisted very very twisted ...

    Well,

Tuna is such a mainstay of diet prep that you must find ways to enjoy it..

    Here are a couple

Use fruit cocktail mixed with a can of tuna or pinnaple chunks..

a good tuna salad on almost anything..

Fat free MAYO ... tuna, lettuce, celery, peppers ( u choose ) pickle..

U can use pita bread, whole grain, or tortillas..

    Good luck train hard..

anyone see anything wrong with eating 7 cans of tuna a day, other than sodium. i eat it dry or sometimes on flax bread. but it gives me 200g protein a day and i like it and its cheap.

trust me youll get sick of it quick. i like eating it out of the can with some salt pepper and lousiana hot sauce.

or you can try a tuna shake. 12oz of diet coke, can of tuna, and blend it up into a puree. then chug it.

I've been eating tuna almost every day for 2 years straight and I'm starting to get sick of it but there arent too many good sources of protein.

I heard even 5 or 6 cans of tuna a day is too much.

7 cans of tuna a day might be too much. I think mercury builds up in the body, so there's an additive effect over time. Anyways check out this site: http://www.nrdc.org/health/effects/mercury/tuna.asp. I wouln't really follow their guidelines but you can get an idea of what is "recommended"

If you would add whole wheat bread to the tuna/mayo mix wouldn't that be messing up the pro/fat idea?

Are they like an all natural food store? Do you use this bread instead of taking flax? How does the flax breat taste?

    Thanks Bro

they are just regular grocery stores, and it tastes great and i still take 1 tbsp of flax at night to help slow down the absorption of carbs, and 1 tbsp in the morning with my oatmeal.

Yea miracle whip does the job, at least for me. I like the taste and its got less than half the fat of regular mayo. The 0 fat one sounds interesting though.
