    I think two teaspoons is around four grams? That would be my guess. Almost nothing.

    Also remember that dex weighs more than most protein powders. So, depending on how exact you want to be, you might not want to simply use one scoop pro and two scoops dex (typical protein scoops). But then again, it may not matter to you how exact your ratio is. Just something to think about.

    Well i normally put 40g protein in my post shake , so 80grams (1/2 cup) i will start to use.

    Mine is one teaspoon=5g so 3teaspoon=1tablespoon=15g

    5 1/3 tablespoons=80g..thats what I do along with 40g whey

    well i used 1/2 cup and OMG this thing is sweet , too sweet ! I don't know if it is because i been cutting back on all sugars but damn. I think i am going a little under that. Using chest6 metod it comes out to 1/3 a cup (little under 1/2) i will try that after my workout thur.
