    Fat lose plateau...help

Hey all, a few more questions....As some of you know, I am entering the 6th week of keto. I do not lift weights, just cardio. I believe I may have hit a plateau!!! What should I do to refire the fat burning process?? Should I carb up even though I do not lift weights?

how come you arent lifting? you might try to add an EC stack into the mix. also, if you have lost weight, make sure to reevaluate your daily caloric needs and adjust them for the lost weight. good luck!

Im not lifting because Of an injury a few years ago. Also I dont have the inclination to be huge anymore, so I really dont care on that aspect. The only real thing I care about it loosing the fat. So, the one question that I have is if I should carb up? or more specifically, should I need a carb up even though I am not lifting weights.

    Thanks
