yea that thing is way off! not even close based on height and weight i'm 41% based on my waist i'm 5% haha..in 'REALITY" i'm about 14% it's a bit pricey but i find it VERY accurate...the tanita iron man scale..i've had my bf% measured several times and this scale is right on with what i've been measured for..i think it was $120

just head to the nearest personal trainer and they will either be able to do a caliper test or have a impedance scale.
For me both methods seems very unreliable I did both at a pt on the same day and the caliper showed me at 8%(I was above 10 for sure) and the impedance scale at 14% and I was below that for sure.
5-6 years ago when impedance scales was new me and my buddy got tested in the hospital for fun. I got 17% wich was probably accurate. But the funny thing is that it claimed my buddy had 21% bodyfat and he was ripped as hell

mine was 146.6% !!!! yeah right!!!!

Can anyone suggest an acurate method other than caliper or the one where they put you under water......my gym has this hand held thing you hold out in front of you, but it looks a little shiesty
