Please help!!
Im tryin to cut down on B.F and still gain mass.
How is this for a diet:
7am- 1 can of tuna, little salad
10am-sneak in a shake
1pm-6 ounces of chicken, little salad
4pm-sneak another shake
6pm-workout
7:30ish-shake
10pm:6 ounces of chicken, 1 can of tuna
thats about 220 grams of protein according to supp values
please critique
