I been using these for my pro/fat combo's
chicken breast then peanut butter
chicken breast walnuts
chicken breast cottage cheese
then somtimes i will mix
fish and one of them fats
turkey....
steak ......
peanut butter, cottage cheese, walnuts are my main souces of fats right now. I was looking for more so i can make better combo's. My protein foods vary but i am lacking in other good fatty foods
