    Carbs that doesn't have to be heated

    Cooking my food tonight getting prepared for this week. I start school tomm and I have one meal that I won't be able to get to a microwave for and its a pro/carb meal. I'm going to eat turkey for my protein but what can I eat for some good carbs that doesn't have to be heated up? Thanks.

    leaning up..... Currently in 4th week of:

    Week 1-5 Wistrol - 50mg eod
    Week 1-10 Propinate - 150mg eod
    Week 1-10 Fina - 75mg eod
    Week 1-10 Aratest - 250mg ew
    Week 6-10 Anavar - 45mg ed
    Week 7-10 T-3 25mcg ed
    Week 1-4/10-14: Slin 10iu's on pwo days


    I'm at 216lbs 9.6% bf....Cardio 4 times a week @ 45mins. I'm keeping my protein high while cutting carbs back around 4pm. I'm going to post my diet up soon to make sure its looking good but trying to get my meals right since I can't get to a microwave sometimes due to school. Thanks for the help.

    rice or pasta are better warm but dont need to be
