Real quick question please answer...
While i was planning out my diet and finding out the cals, pro, fat, and carbs for each meal, i wasnt sure if you add the carbs, fat, cals, pro from the dextrose powder and from the whey protein in with the totals....i am adding the extra calories ect in my totals for the day but if otherwise please tell me...

i dont add them in so i make sure i eat enough from food. anything i suppliment with shakes is just extra
