I may be wrong, but from what I've read on these forums, Pro/Carb after your AM cardio is a no-no. If you go with Pro/Fat about 45-60 mins after your cardio, you will keep burning body fat for energy.

Read the cutting sticky at the top and you might get a better idea.. as far as the pro/carb in the am.. seems ok to me as far as i understand in a cutting diet you want to try and intake most of your carbs in the am and pwo. Everything else seems to look pretty good... your pwo ratio should be 2:1 so 60 g whey protein = 120 g Dextrose. Good luck

true, some people prefer pro/fat after cardio. but it is all a matter of personal preference really. i need carbs in my first meal, otherwise im not worth a damn for the rest of the day. gotta break that fast! hrrr...

lol he said he would try anything so he is following his diet very well, doing cardio at 4:30 am!!! bc he has to leave the house at 6 to be at work, and he lifts at night, well not at the moment because he just tore his bicep trying to lift up a pool table 2 days ago...
