Today I had a 4-egg bacon 'n cheese omelette. Four eggs, five strips of bacon, and a handful of shredded cheddar.

Two servings of oatmeal with two packets of equal and some vanilla extract.
5 egg whites with nonfat mozzarella and tobasco
Optimum protein shake-strawaberry

8 egg whites, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal(raisens, cinamon, sprinkle fiber 1 in and added scoop of whey Protein powder.)
oh and COFFEE!
also Vitamins

Two eggs, 1/4 lb of lox (it was a lox omlette), and 3 strips of bacon. Very low carb. Very tastey too.

1 cup Multi Grain Hot Cereal (Barley, Rolled Oats, Rye, Wheat)
2 chicken breasts with yellow mustard. 1liter of Crystal Lite.

7 egg whites, green pepper, and mushrooms makes a great omlet topped off with salsa sauce. 1 1/2 wheetabix, 10gm of creamy caramel whey or vanilla, 1 tsbp peanut butter - makes a creamy treat. green tea and crystal light.
Another great breakfast idea is buck wheat pancakes with blueberries, whey protein (vanilla) and peanut butter.Last edited by livnnfit; 05-22-2002 at 10:39 AM.

I have a glass of creatine in grape juice, then make up a smoothie with one banana, one kiwi, on cup of frozen berries, one can of yoghurt and 0.75 litres of semi skimmed. Then a bowl of mixed nut mussli with more semi skimmed.

well my favoite breakfast i will eat very rarely when im not dieting or on vacation is
1 everything bagel 3 egg omlett with bacon and cheese home fries white bread butter and some pancakes and a chocomalt mmmmmm bst meal ever i think ( that gatorade cerialis great add a teaspoon of honey and is evn better)

I wish I wasn't kidding Iwan2bsolid2, but unfortunatelly I am. I have been having a huge craving for doughnuts lately so I thought I would post a little funny. No doughnuts for me

Have a day off and eat a couple then, feed your craving and move on. An apple fritter sounds um um good.
Just hate the way it makes my stomach feel afterwards, all that grease and sugar, makes me sick- that's why I don't eat em, but they sure taste good going down- for about 2 minute's. Is it worth it---naw.

8 egg whites and two pieces of Mrs. Baird's 7 Grain Honey Wheat toast...or cottage cheese and the toast...I love that bread!! Best tasting ever!

This morning was 10 eggs (4 whole) with mushrooms and a clove of garlic + diced steak, 1 banana and two pieces of whole wheat toast with natty PB + 1 litre of water.
