    My Bulk 2006 Diet

    Hey guys...

    i want to bulk up in about 2 months or so when i return back to canada from europe. i want to start my cals off around 3200 as listed and then increase them by 300 cals every 2 weeks by adding peanut butter and also lean ground beef wil replace the chicken breast down the road.

    please let me know what you think.

    i am 20 and weigh 200lbs by the way.

    ½ Cup of Oatmeal ---133 cals, 4.5g protein, 30 carbs, 1g fat

    ¼ Cup Seedless Raisins ---124 cals, 1g protein, 33 carbs, 0g fat

    ½ Package of Turkey or Ham --- 150 cals, 25g protein, 0 carbs, 1g fat

    2 Slices of whole wheat bread --- 140cals, 5g protein, 26g carbs, 2.4g fat

    PWO --- 500 cals, 45g protein, 80g carbs, 3g fat

    Bro no offense but this is not the best of diets I would check out the bulking sticky to see what I mean. I have class in a little bit but I'll hel;p out when I get back
